Jamk is offering courses in the field of game studies where you can develop your skills for creating and showing your competences to possible customers. All the other courses except Digital photography and Video Production can be completed throughout the school year at your own pace.
Digital photography and Video Production, 5 Cr
The student who completes the course understands how a digital still or video camera works. The course helps you to understand how to apply photo- and videography techniques, how to organize a photoshoot, and work in the set to produce high quality still photographs or videos.

Game Development with Yahaha, 5 Cr (online, nonstop)
The students will learn in-depth usage of YAHAHA game engine where they will learn core skills for creating and publishing games. The course aims to introduce students to processes involved in designing and developing video games. Students will become acquainted with design and development techniques by engaging in creative content creation.
Customer Project, 5 Cr (online, nonstop)
In this course you get to combine all the skills you have learned during the game studies to complete a project to a customer. The project will take you through your first customer relationship and there you serve the customer to the best of your ability, utilizing your previously acquired skills. After the course you have a satisfied customer, and you will be able to independently implement a customer-oriented project within your knowledge.
Professional Project, 5 Cr (online, nonstop)
In the Professional Project, the student will conduct an individual project in the field of their own superpower, to enhance their portfolio. The project can be something you want to showcase when applying to your future internships or jobs. After the course you will be able to the schedule and estimate your own project work according to the chosen scope and workload of the project. You will also gain in-depth expertise and experience in your chosen field.
