Registration period 24.10.2022–16.1.2023. Lectures 17.1.2023–19.3.2023. After the course, students will have good knowledge and understanding of research in the area of digitalization of services. They can acquire knowledge and read critically relevant research articles in some of the leading academic journals and conference proceedings, and apply conceptual models and methods of service digitalization in practice. This course assumes that you have already completed your bachelor’s studies and you are currently doing your master’s or doctoral studies. Course taught in English.
