The educational organisation of EduFutura has about 4,400 employees:
- Jamk Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences, 800 employees
- Jyväskylä Educational Consortium Gradia, 1,100 employees
- University of Jyväskylä, 2,600 employees
We work together through EduFutura’s spearhead teams and the subteams, but also via several other working groups, teams and projects. We support the mobility of experts between the different EduFutura educational organisations. We hold shared staff coaching and training events.
In spring, we organise a wellness afternoon for the whole staff, and in autumn we hold a playful EduFutura rowing competition. Four times a year, we come together for EduFutura brunch events to share news about the community’s operations. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many of these events have been held virtually.
