We are developing the working life and competence of the future

Competent staff for companies, future working skills for students

We build the working life of the future and develop our educational selection in a way that inspires both companies and individuals to renew their competence in innovative ways. We predict the competence needs of the future and create entrepreneurship opportunities for the students.

EduFutura educational institutes serve the working life and businesses in many situations, such as in internships and work-based learning, in-service training and with export of education.

Our partners include operators such as EduCluster Finland, Jyväskylä Startup Factory, Business Jyväskylä and the Central Finland Chamber of Commerce.

Life-long learning

Life-long learning refers to improving and renewing one’s competence through the different stages of one’s life and career. Retraining and continuing education are needed, as working life is changing and technology advancing. Professions are evolving and will demand higher competence, and the change is so quick that the need for competence cannot be met by educating just the younger generations.

Work and workplaces must be utilised as learning environments more than before – our work careers will also be our learning paths.

At EduFutura Jyväskylä, we build the working life of the future and develop our educational selection in a way that inspires both companies and individuals to renew their competence in innovative ways.

By working together with our stakeholders, we predict the competence needs of the future and adapt our education selection accordingly.

The students can build strong networks as well as lasting passion for continuous development of their expertise.
